Returns & Cancellations

As our number plates are custom-made to your specific registration and specification, they are exempt from the right to cancel or return under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Once an order has been placed and manufacturing has begun, we cannot offer a refund or exchange if you change your mind or have made an error in your selection.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. You must contact us at llynfiplatesales@outlook.com within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item (e.g., a misspelling that does not match your order).

If an error has been made on our part, or if the plates are damaged in transit via Evri, we will manufacture and send a replacement free of charge. We may ask for photographic evidence of the damage or error to assist with our quality control.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

• All personalised custom number plates.

• Plates that have been drilled or fitted to a vehicle.

• Sale items or gift cards.

Refunds (If Applicable)

In the rare event that a refund is approved (e.g., for non-custom accessories like fixing kits), we will notify you once we’ve inspected the return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

DVLA Compliance

Please note: If you fail to provide the legally required identity and entitlement documents (V5C/ID) within 30 days of your order, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund minus a small administration fee to cover processing costs.
